I flat ironed my hair after trying and failing at the 6 day braid out. My hair was so matted and dried out because I skipped my mid week cowash and weekend DC. I decided to blow dry my hair. I figured since I had to break out the Denman brush, I might as well flat iron. One thing just led to another and here I am. I put a lot of styling cream and Shea butter on my hair because I never intended to flat iron. The result is super greasy and weighed down but I’m okay with that. My hair is so fine that sometimes it needs to be a bit oily so it’s not so big and fluffy. I did trim my hair after I took these pics. This is sorta a current pic of my length. It’s probably an inch or so shorter but I didn’t check after the trim.

I’ll probably use straight hair pics to compare my Hairfinity progress as well.
