My sister is planning to go 1 year without using heat on her hair. I think I can manage to do it too. Yesterday was the first cross-roads. I’m wearing a wash and go and I normally do my hair at night and diffuse it before I go to bed. I still blow dried but I used cool air. It got the job done. I’m joining my sister and abstaining from heat usage for year.
