I meant to post a final update on my mini braids but I was so rushed and busy with other things… Here are a couple pics I took on 10/9 and 10/10. I spent 2 days taking my mini braids out. It was an easy process.

After I took them out, I clarified with a shampoo. I did a henna treatment. If I remember correctly, I wore twistouts for a few days before flat-ironing. I’ll add pics of my flat ironed hair later. For info on growth, etc…see the previous update from a week prior for stats on growth in inches.

My hair felt great when I took it out. It was soft and moisturized. The ends and the length were in excellent condition. I haven’t yet decided if I’ll wear mini braids again before the end of the year.
