I’m taking out my mini braids. I realized the date and sorta freaked out because it can take me up to a week to undo my braids and I have a wedding to attend in 9 days!!! I also need to do a bentonite clay and henna treatment beforehand. Where did the time go. eek!

I am deciding to take out my mini braids too but luckily if they are moisturized it should be a little bit easier to remove them. Do you have someone to hep you?
Haha, no, no one helps me with my hair. I haven’t had that luxury since middle school, hehe. But lucky for me, it only took a few hours. My mini braids are unbraided and my hair is washed, conditioned, twisted and ready for flat ironing next week.
do you use betonite and henna on the same day?
Yes, I usually do. Bentonite clay is my clarifying cleanser. I follow up with henna on damp hair for strength, shine, and a hint of color.
