Does anyone else think these events/groups, etc are going a bit overboard? Schools and universities have hair clubs and hair sororities. There are hair seminars and conventions- which seem like fun and a great place to try new products and learn new things. Now I see that there is a hair care cruise. That’s just too weird for me. What will they come up with next…

  1. YES!!!!! I agree 100%. Natural hair has turned into a money making business from the large and small hair product companies, youtube vloggers, etc….
I honestly believe this is all a fad until something new pops up.

    1. I hope natural hair is not a fad. There is something so amazing in knowing that young girls will not grow up and expect a relaxer once they reach a certain age. It is a great thing to see so many women embracing their hair as it is. But…the hype around it is just too much. At the end of the day it is just hair. I cannot recall ever seeing a nail art cruise or a skincare cruise…really, really??? haircare cruise?? I found it funny and a bit ridiculous.
